Prizes will only paid to holders of valid tickets that are legible and in good condition. The company may try to process torn tickets if all portions are available with the crucial information intact and legible. However, this must be referred to our area office and subject to approval.

Prizes below USD 20,000 are normally paid by cash. Prizes above USD 20,000 paid by cheque. However, large amount cash payout can be made subject to availability of cash respective outlet.
Prizes are claimable within six months from the date of respective draw.
There are 23 winning numbers are drawn in every draw:
This consists of 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize, 10 Special Prizes, and 10 Consolation Prizes.
Minimum bet for a 4 digits number at a single draw is USD 1.
4 digits bets can be placed at any of our 68 strong Dragon Box agencies located throughout Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi during normal business hours.
Proof of purchase
You will receive a 4D ticket for confirmed bets. Each ticket has the following particulars as proof of purchase:
- Draw No
- Date of Draw
- Type of Forecast (Big/Small)
- List of 4D numbers purchased, with its corresponding bet amount and bet type (Big/Small forecast)
- Total amount purchased of all 4D numbers on the ticket
- Ticket Serial Number
- Ticket Bar Code
- Date & Day & Time of purchase
- Prizes will be awarded only upon the presentation of valid winning tickets.
Winning tickets are valid for only 6 months from the date of the respective draw, and every ticket must comply with the following conditions:
- Only tickets issuance by the authorised gaming terminal from Dragon Box Agencies are accepted.
- It must be intact; particulars on ticket must be clear and legible.
- The winning ticket’s particulars must be identical with company’s computer system.
- Validate and approved by Dragon Box security check.
- It must fulfill the requirements for a valid winning ticket as described under the company’s rules and regulations.
- Ticket never been altered, defaced, mutilated, torn or tampered with in any manner whatsoever.
- It must not been cancelled in the company’s computer records claimed or paid in company’s records.
